About the Position:
Hiring for a VTA/BART Procurement Specialist, for a long-term position, responsible for design and implementation of a project procurement plan, preparing and packaging contracts for firms and contractors that will work on BART VTA Phase II program and growing the current Company portfolio in California and the adjacent US States.
Requirements:
- Procurement management: 8 years (Required).
- Experience working on Federal Agency funded programs is a plus.
- Good writing skill sets.
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering or Management.
- 4-year degree required.
