About the Position:
Hiring for a Senior Project Manager, responsible for overall budget, determining project specifications such as schedule and quality, understanding product design, customer requirements, and performance standards from bidding through closeout. This role will play a significant and highly visible role in the team and requires a self-starter who possesses construction and project management expertise. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction, architecture, or engineering related major.
- Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience.
- Knowledge of the construction industry practices, procedures, and market trends.
- Dedicated, well-organized, able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and maintain professionalism when faced with aggressive deadlines.
