About the Position:
Hiring for an Ecommerce Product Development Manager, to create & drive the development of e-logistics products. This role will embrace the rapid change of commerce needs from the client and market. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring the Product will represent the brand image of the company and meet customer expectations for quality and service. It also requires working closely with vendors to deliver the agreed KPIs to customers. Working proactively with related business stakeholders to manage project implementation is a key part of the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related business field.
- 3 – 5 years’ work experience, including 2 years in ecommerce related position.
- Strong customer mindset,
- Proficiency on WMS and Microsoft Office, tableau is a plus
- Experience in planning and vendor management in e-logistics
- Experience in data processing and analyzing, drawing conclusions from data, and building basic models that support business decisions
