About the Job:

We are seeking Applicants with P&L responsibility and the ability to coaches sales professionals to implement the sales process for the entire California marketplace. Create development plans for sales professionals which includes identifying training needs. Develop and execute the Sales Department, Service Department and Parts Department metrics and goals. Implement a consistent sales process that drives optimal financial, market and customer performance. Ensure the sales document process is established and followed by all sales team members. Create and executes an effective whole-goods marketing strategy. Manage new complete goods inventory which includes maintaining proper inventory levels and order program utilization. Identify and execute best practices throughout the sales, Service and Parts department. Develop the Sales Department business plan and reviews progress regularly. Work with Parts and Service Managers or the Corporate Aftermarket Manager to promote customer satisfaction. Manage recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position and manage used equipment processes and inventory if necessary.


  • 5+Years of Equipment Dealership Management experience
  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in business or marketing preferred
