About the Position:

Hiring for a Driver Retention and Recruiting Manager, responsible for oversight of the company’s driver recruiting and retention efforts, determining the appropriate driver staffing level for each division and developing and implementing the driver hiring and retention strategy at each division.


  • In-depth understanding of the issues that impact driver hiring and retention.
  • PC skills and knowledge of various computer applications (MS Office, Internet, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Federal/State DOT guidelines and company policies involving the recruiting and on-boarding of truck drivers.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and meet established deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and verbal /written communication skills.
