About the Position:

Hiring for Business Development Director, to create and lead a high performing sales team. The position will work closely with company leadership and develop a metrics-driven sales pipeline from lead generation to initial contact to close including necessary tools and marketing materials to identify prospects and articulate their unique value proposition. The ideal candidate is competitive, financially motivated, and capable of teaching sales strategies and processes to others.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Prior proven B2B and B2C sales experience and track record.
  • Previous leadership position in sales.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the month.
  • Expert in CRM software and creation of platform and repeatable processes.
